Eligibility terms
To qualify for a match, the competitor's price must meet the criteria below. These terms exist so we can honor the promise sustainably — without them, any sketchy listing could be used to claim a match.
- Claim submitted within 7 days of your BestMobileCanada purchase.
- The competitor must be a reputable Canadian retailer or marketplace: Reebelo, Best Buy / Best Buy Marketplace, Amazon.ca (Amazon Renewed seller or verified equivalent), Walmart Canada, Apple Refurbished, or equivalent.
- The product must be exactly the same: same model, same storage, same condition grade (Excellent / Good / Fair).
- The product must be in stock and shipped directly by the competitor (no international drop-shipping or unverified third-party sellers).
- The competitor must offer a return policy of at least 7 days and ship from within Canada.
- The competitor's price must be publicly listed and accessible via a URL (auction prices, personal promo codes, and exclusive member prices are excluded).
- Warranty matching is capped at 24 months total, regardless of the competitor's warranty length.
- The match applies to the product price itself, taxes and shipping included. Membership discounts (Costco, etc.) are not considered.
- One claim per order. Matching cannot be combined with other promotions or discounts already applied to your order.
- BestMobileCanada reserves the right to refuse a claim if the criteria aren't met or if the submitted price can't be verified at the time of processing.
