solid phone, zero regrets so far
been using this for three weeks now and no issues. Battery's solid, screen's nice, the whole thing feels well-made. didn't want to drop 800+ on a brand new one so going pre-owned made sense. the 1-year warranty gives me peace of mind too. would buy from these guys again.
does the job
Was nervous about buying pre-owned but this phone's been reliable so far. Nothing fancy, it just works like it should. Screen has some light marks from use, which is fine for the "good" condition I chose. Battery's okay. No major complaints, but nothing spectacular either.
solid phone, shipping took longer
The HMD Pulse itself is great — runs smooth, camera's decent, and the 128GB gives plenty of storage. My only gripe is it took 3 days to arrive when they advertise 24 hours. Still, the condition was exactly as described and the year warranty is reassuring. Would buy from them again.
decent enough, charger missing
Phone itself is solid — 128GB is plenty of space and it runs apps without lag. The condition matches what they said. My issue is the charger wasn't in the box, which the listing didn't mention. Had to buy one separately. Still a fair price, but would've been better with the charger included.
exactly what I needed
Picked this up to replace my broken phone and couldn't be happier. Battery's still at 88%, screen is pristine, and it came in the original box with all the accessories. The 32-point inspection they do actually means something — no surprises when it arrived. At this price versus buying new, it's a no-brainer.

Mon téléphone d'avant était mort, j'ai besoin de quelque chose de fiable rapidement. Le Pulse fait exactement ce que je veux — ça appelle, ça texte, ça surfe. Pas de problème depuis que je l'ai reçu. L'inspection des 32 points semble avoir été faite sérieusement. Vraiment content de mon achat.
dead battery, not worth the hassle
Arrived with maybe 20% battery health according to the test. Wouldn't hold a charge past noon even on light use. The listing said fair condition but didn't mention the battery was basically shot. Warranty covers it but getting a replacement shipped back is a pain I didn't need.
works great, minor cosmetic marks
Pretty happy with this purchase. Phone feels snappy, battery lasts through my day, and it arrived faster than I expected. There's a tiny scratch on the frame that I noticed when I opened the box, but honestly I had expected some wear at this price point. Overall solid value and the warranty is reassuring.

Acheté ce téléphone pour remplacer mon vieux Samsung qui traînait. Le HMD Pulse est super — rien à redire. Livraison ultra rapide, vraiment dans les 24h. L'emballage était correct. Tous les tests d'inspection semblent avoir passé sans problème. À ce prix pour du bon matériel, c'est impossible de se plaindre.
buen teléfono, pero llegó con rasguño
El celular funciona muy bien y la batería se ve bien (85%+). La pantalla es clara y rápido. Mi única queja es que llegó con un rasguño visible en la parte trasera que no esperaba en la descripción "good". Igual, por el precio comparado con uno nuevo, no está mal. El envío fue rápido.
