device stopped working after one week
Received the iPhone 15 in excellent condition with all the bells and whistles, but it powered off after 6 days and won't turn back on. Contacted support about the warranty and they said it doesn't cover 'user damage.' No idea what I supposedly did. Pretty frustrated given the price I paid for a supposedly 'excellent' unit.
cheap entry point to the 15
First time buying pre-owned. Got the 128GB in fair condition and honestly the cosmetic stuff doesn't bother me — there's a couple small scratches I can barely see. Phone runs great, battery at 85%, arrived within 24 hours. For the cost difference, this was the right call for me.
practically new, way cheaper
Not gonna lie, I was surprised when the 256GB excellent condition arrived. No visible marks anywhere, battery at 96%, and the packaging looked like it came straight from Apple. Saved almost $300 compared to retail. Everything works smoothly and the one-year warranty takes the risk out of buying pre-owned. Would've paid full price if I'd seen this first.
works fine but phone feels thick
Got the 128GB excellent condition model and yeah, it does everything it's supposed to do. No issues with performance or the screen. Only thing is it feels kind of chunky in my hand compared to my old phone — might just be me though. Battery life is solid so far.
exactly what i needed
Picked up the 256GB in good condition and it's been rock solid. The inspection report was detailed — they really check these things. Screen is crisp, no dead pixels, battery at 91%. No complaints. Price-to-value ratio makes buying new seem silly at this point.

Recieved the 128GB Good condition iPhone 15 in two days. It's in much better shape than I expected for the price. Battery at 87%, no dead pixels, minimal wear on the edges. Came with original packaging. Can't really ask for more at this price point. Already recommended BestMobileCanada to a friend.
solid choice if you don't mind marks
Bought the 256GB fair variant knowing it'd have cosmetic damage. There are some noticeable scuffs along the frame and the screen has one tiny nick in the corner that doesn't affect anything. Battery health at 87% and everything else works perfectly. Decent value compared to the new model.
pleasantly surprised by the condition
was nervous about buying used for the first time but this 128GB fair condition unit honestly looks better than expected. The back has some light scratches you can only see at certain angles. Everything works, battery at 89%, and I saved a couple hundred bucks over new. Would do it again.

battery drains too fast for excellent condition
The listing said excellent condition, and it looks pristine, but the battery health came in at 76% — which seems off for something marketed as excellent. It's draining noticeably faster than my old phone. The screen's beautiful and it shipped quick, but I expected better battery performance at this price point for the condition grade they gave it.
