this 16GB arrived in basically perfect condition. Screen is crystal clear, no dead pixels, body looks untouched. Battery's at 89% which is better than advertised. Shipped fast and the whole process was smooth. Been recommending BestMobileCanada to friends already because the quality actually matches the description.

great value, tiny cosmetic issue
Pretty happy with this 64GB in excellent condition. Battery's at 91%, everything works smooth, display is pristine. Only tiny thing is there's a small scuff on the side I didn't notice in the photos, but it's barely visible and doesn't affect anything. Still a solid buy for the price point.
good deal for a backup device
Picked up the 32GB fair condition model for my kid and it's been holding up alright. Screen works, battery's decent enough at 84%, and yeah the back has some marks but that's fair condition for you. They were transparent about it in the listing. Good value if you're not expecting mint condition.

Compré el 16GB sabiendo que era en condición justa. La pantalla tiene algunos rasguños visibles cuando la miras de cierto ángulo. El teléfono enciende y anda, pero esperaba que los rasguños fueran menos notables de lo que son. Por el precio no está tan mal.
works fine, but battery's already dropping
The phone arrived in excellent condition like they said — screen is basically flawless. But I've only had it two weeks and the battery's already at 82%. Listed as excellent condition so I expected better than that. Still works, just not what I was hoping for at this price point.
arrived completely dead, wouldn't turn on
Ordered the 32GB in good condition and it showed up non-responsive. Tried charging for hours, nothing. Called support and they were helpful but the replacement took another week to arrive. The second one works fine but the whole experience was frustrating and the first unit was a waste of time. Not what I expected from the 'good' rating.

Got the 64GB model and it's been reliable so far. Screen looks clean, battery's holding up okay. Arrived within the promised 24 hours and the packaging was decent. Hard to beat at this price point versus buying new.
