it works, but shows its age a bit
Was skeptical buying a phone marked as 'fair' condition, but BestMobileCanada was honest about the wear. There are some visible marks on the back and the screen has a couple micro-scratches you only notice in certain light. That said, it powers on, calls work fine, battery sits around 78% health which is decent. The 32GB storage is enough for my needs. I knew what I was getting into price-wise, and for what I paid it's doing the job. The warranty is nice to have if something goes wrong.
excellent condition but phone is sluggish
The device arrived looking practically new — no scratches, screen pristine, packaging was good. But man, it lags constantly. Apps take forever to open and switching between them is painful. For the price I paid, I expected better performance even on a budget phone. Battery drains pretty quick too. Really disappointed because cosmetically it's flawless.
it's okay, nothing special
Works fine for basic stuff like texting and calls. Camera's mediocre, the screen isn't very bright, and it gets a bit warm sometimes. The 32GB fills up fast. It's a phone that does phone things but I'm not thrilled. Seems fair for the price though.
bon téléphone, bon prix, c'est tout
J'ai acheté le K31 en 32GB et j'étais un peu nerveux d'acheter du reconditionné. Mais là, c'est vraiment solide. L'écran est propre, la batterie tient la journée sans problème, et le téléphone s'est rendu en 24h comme promis. Pour le prix qu'on paie neuf ailleurs, c'est une bonne affaire.
exactly what I needed at this price
Needed a replacement phone fast and BestMobileCanada came through. The LG K31 isn't fancy but it's solid. Screen looks good even though it's pre-owned, battery's decent, and the 1-year warranty gave me peace of mind. No scratches, no complaints. Better than buying new at this point in the product's life.
good value minus one thing
Really impressed with how fast it arrived — got it in like 20 hours. Device is clean, battery percentage was listed at 89% and it still holds that. Only thing is the charger wasn't in the box, so I had to dig up an old one. That was unexpected. Otherwise it's been reliable for a week now.
solid little phone, minor quibble
This thing just works. Screen's bright enough, battery gets through my day, storage isn't huge but it's fine. Only small thing is the back has some scuff marks but I was told it would and they're exactly what I expected. Performance is snappy for day-to-day stuff. Happy with the purchase overall.
was nervous about used, not anymore
First time buying a refurbished phone and I was paranoid. The inspection report said fair condition and honestly it looks fair — couple of small marks on the bezel I can barely see. Everything works. Battery's solid, no dead pixels, and it showed up the next day. The warranty is legit because they actually honour it. No regrets here.

Got the 32GB version and it's been reliable so far. Turned it on right out of the box and everything worked. The screen looks clean, battery seems to be holding up okay, and the warranty gives me peace of mind. Better value than buying new, that's for sure.
