excellent condition, no regrets
This phone arrived looking practically new. The 32 GB is plenty for my needs, battery's at 91% and honestly holding strong after six weeks. All 32-point inspection stuff checks out — no weird quirks, no hidden damage. I was nervous buying used but BestMobileCanada nailed it. Worth every penny over new.
exactly what I needed
Simple phone for basic stuff — calls, texts, some social media. Doesn't need to do anything fancy. Arrived fast, looked clean, works perfectly. Not going to break the bank if I lose it. Good value.
battery died within a month
Phone worked okay at first but the battery started draining really fast after about three weeks. They said it tested at 87% but it won't hold a charge for more than a few hours now. Haven't tried the warranty claim yet but frustrated I have to deal with that instead of just using the phone.

The listing said excellent condition but the battery won't hold a charge past 40%. I've had it less than a month and it's basically a paperweight unless I keep it plugged in. Customer service hasn't responded to my warranty claim yet. Pretty disappointed for the price they were asking.
