funciona bien pero esperaba más
El teléfono en condición justa se ve así, con marcas y todo. La pantalla anda bien, pero la batería no carga al 100% completo, se queda en 94%. No es malo pero el anuncio no lo aclaraba. El stylus funciona y es ágil. Por el precio supongo que está OK, aunque me imaginaba algo mejor.
solid phone for the price point
Was nervous about buying refurbished since this is my first time, but the 128GB good condition unit showed up within 24 hours like they promised. Battery health is at 87%, screen has a tiny hairline scratch near the edge that you can only see in direct light — honestly doesn't bother me. The stylus clicks smoothly, all the cameras work, and the 32-point inspection they mention actually seems legit because nothing felt questionable when I unboxed it. Definitely cheaper than buying new and for what I need it for (messaging, photos, browsing) it does everything.
worth every penny
Was nervous about buying pre-owned but this 128GB fair condition phone convinced me. It came with the warranty, battery's solid, and even though the back has some marks, it's exactly what the listing said. Stylus is handy for work. Great value.

Excellent phone, arrived perfect
This 64GB in excellent condition arrived looking basically unused. The screen is pristine, battery health is great, and I was really impressed with how well it was packaged. Stylus feels responsive, performance is smooth. Showed up within the 24-hour window too. For the cost versus new, this is a steal. No regrets at all.
Battery died within two weeks
Ordered the 256GB 'excellent' condition model and it arrived in good shape physically — screen looked clean, no visible damage. But the battery health showed 68% right out of the box, not the 85%+ you'd expect from 'excellent'. After 10 days of normal use it was down to 45%. I contacted support about the listing mismatch and they offered a replacement, but the whole process took longer than I wanted to deal with. The phone itself works fine otherwise, but for the price I paid I'd rather have bought new with a full battery guarantee.
Très bon choix pour le prix
J'ai acheté le modèle 256GB en condition juste et je suis vraiment satisfait. Le téléphone fonctionne comme neuf, la batterie tient bien toute la journée, et le stylet est pratique. Oui il y a quelques rayures sur le boîtier, mais honnêtement à ce prix-là c'est pas grave. La livraison a été rapide et la garantie me rassure. Je recommande sans hésiter.
nearly perfect but screen has one flaw
Bought the 256GB excellent condition version and it's basically brand new. Performance is quick, battery percentage was spot-on with their report, the 32-point inspection really shows they check these properly. Only thing: there's one tiny scratch on the bottom corner of the screen that I didn't notice until day two. Doesn't affect use at all, just wish it had been mentioned. Still very satisfied for the price versus buying new.
Great phone, scratches are whatever
Picked up the 64GB fair condition model and honestly it's been solid. Yeah, there's some visible wear on the frame but it doesn't bother me—paid way less than new. Battery holds up fine, stylus works perfectly. Happy with it.
does the job, nothing special
Got the 64GB good condition one last week. It works fine, no real problems with it, but honestly it feels pretty basic compared to newer phones. Battery's okay, screen looks clean. I didn't get a charger in the box which was annoying—had to buy one. Not bad for the price, just not excited about it.
