decent but battery concern
The Nokia C3 32GB arrived and looks nice enough. Screen's pristine, phone works smoothly. But the battery report said 82%, and after a week of normal use it seems to be dropping faster than I'd like. Still covered by warranty so that's reassuring, but I hoped for better battery health at this price point. It's okay, just not what I expected.

exactly what i needed
Bought the 16GB model as a gift for my teenager. Got it in great condition, no visible damage, battery health is solid at 90%. Setup was quick and everything works as advertised. Nice that BestMobileCanada actually inspected it properly — the 32-point check makes a difference. Way cheaper than buying new and my kid doesn't mind the used aspect at all.

dead phone, waste of money
Received the 16GB model and it won't turn on. Tried charging for hours, nothing. Contacted support and they said it's normal, give it time. It's been three days. Should not have risked buying pre-owned. Won't be back.
works fine but disappointed
The phone itself is functional — battery's okay, runs fine. But the listing said it was in good condition and there are some marks on the back I didn't expect. They're not huge, but the photos could've shown them. It does what I need it to do, just feels like the condition description was generous.

not as advertised
The 16GB unit recieved had visible scratches on the screen that the photos didn't really show. It still works, but calling this 'good condition' feels like a stretch. I got it cheaper than new but the condition grading seems off. Performance is fine, just disappointed with the transparency on cosmetics.
