solid phone for the price
Was nervous about buying pre-owned but the 32-point inspection made me feel better about it. Got it in 24 hours which was nice. The fair condition rating was accurate — there's wear on the back and some scuffs, but nothing that affects how it works. Phone runs smoothly, battery gets me through most days, and the 1-year warranty takes the risk out of it. Beats spending $400+ on a new one.
works great, good value
Bought the 128GB in good condition and it does exactly what I need. Some light scratches on the frame but nothing deep. Battery sits around 86%, hasn't degraded noticeably in the month I've had it. No major surprises either way — just a dependable phone at a fair price.
been using it for months, still solid
Was nervous about buying pre-owned but this thing came in excellent shape. Screen is clean, no dead pixels, and the 64GB handles everything I throw at it. Battery still at 89% after three months of regular use. For the price difference versus new, it's honestly hard to beat. Warranty gave me peace of mind too.
decent but not what I expected
Recieved the 64GB in excellent condition as described, so that part checks out. Performance is fine for day-to-day stuff. Camera's a bit underwhelming in low light though, and the speaker is quieter than I'd like. It's functional but I thought a pre-owned excellent rating would feel more premium, honestly.
bricked device received
Recieved the 128GB fair condition phone and it won't turn on. Tried charging it for hours, tried force restarting it, nothing. The unit appeared to have physical damage inside the box that wasn't mentioned in the listing. Contacted support but they've been slow to respond. Really frustrated because I was trying to save money and now I'm stuck with a paperweight. The 32-point inspection apparently missed a dead device.
almost perfect, one small issue
Really impressed with the 128GB in excellent condition. Packaging was careful, arrived in two days. Phone feels new, screen is flawless, performance is snappy. Only hiccup — there's a faint line on the edge of the display that I didn't notice in the photos, but it doesn't affect usability. Minor thing, and for the price I can live with it.
works fine but feels overpriced
The phone itself is in great condition, no complaints there. 128GB is plenty of space and it runs smooth. My issue is the price point — after looking around, I could've grabbed a newer budget model for not much more. Still a decent purchase, just feels like I overpaid slightly for the pre-owned premium.
great phone, great price
Grabbed the 128GB excellent condition model last month. Showed up in 24 hours like they promised. No scratches visible, screen looks pristine. Camera's decent, battery life gets me through a full day without issue. Software updates still coming through. It's a straightforward, reliable phone — doesn't do anything fancy but it works.
barely looks used
The 64GB excellent condition unit arrived and I was genuinely surprised. The screen is flawless, back panel looks pristine, no visible wear anywhere. It's snappy with day-to-day tasks, camera's decent enough, and the battery sits at like 92%. The 32-point inspection they mention actually seems legit — everything checked out. Definitely the right move versus dropping full price on a new one.
