J'ai acheté ce A38 parce que je voulais quelque chose de fiable sans dépenser une fortune. L'inspection des 32 points a bien fait son travail — l'appareil fonctionne parfaitement, pas de soucis. La batterie tient facilement deux jours avec ma façon d'utiliser un téléphone. L'écran est net et coloré. C'est un vrai bon rapport qualité-prix comparé à acheter neuf.
decent phone, fair condition was honest
Picked up this A38 in fair condition and knew what I was getting into. Screen has some light scratches but nothing that affects use, and the body shows wear like you'd expect at this price point. Battery sits around 82% health which is acceptable. What really matters is it works perfectly — calls are clear, the display is actually pretty decent for the size, and apps run smooth. At this price compared to buying new, it's solid value. The 32-point inspection they mention actually seems legit because nothing surprised me when it arrived. Came with the 1-year warranty too which gives peace of mind. No regrets on this one.

C'est mon premier achat de téléphone reconditionné et j'était un peu anxieux. Mais cet Oppo A38 est arrivé en condition excelente, vraiment. L'écran est lumineux, pas une seule rayure. Le téléphone répond bien, les applications se lancent vite. La batterie tient correctement. Pour le prix, c'est une très bonne affaire comparé au neuf. basically like buying new but cheaper
been using this for three months now. still looks brand new, battery holds a full day easy, camera is sharp. the 32-point inspection they do must be legit because i can't find a single flaw. for the price i paid, this is a steal compared to retail.
mint condition phone, screen feels weird
this phone looks pristine, no visible damage anywhere, screen is spotless. but the touch response feels slightly off? like when I'm typing it misses taps. given that it arrived in "excellent" condition i expected everything to work flawlessly. might be software but i'm not sure. it's usable just kinda frustrating.

Honestly wasn't sure about buying pre-owned but this thing arrived in perfect shape. Screen is crisp, no marks, and it's been running smooth for a month. The warranty gives me peace of mind too. At this price versus new, it's hard to complain.

Showed up faster than expected. It has some scuffs as mentioned but I'm not bothered by cosmetic stuff. Phone itself is snappy, does what it needs to do. Camera's nothing fancy but acceptable. Warranty's nice to have just in case. Would order from them again.
battery drained faster than expected
Got it in two days, which was great. But the battery percentage they listed as 85% seems off — it's dropping to 20% by mid-afternoon with light use. Not what I paid for.

L'appareil est vraiment en excellente condition physique — aucune rayure, l'écran est impeccable. Mais j'ai remarqué que la batterie tient à peine une journée complète avec une utilisation normale. Ça m'a déçu parce que les specs disaient 5000 mAh. J'aurais peut-être dû vérifier le pourcentage de santé de la batterie avant. Le reste fonctionne bien, mais pour un téléphone qu'on dit excellent, j'attendais mieux là-dedans.
works great, minor cosmetic issue
Device itself runs perfectly and arrived within 24 hours as promised. Only thing is there's a small scuff on the back corner that the listing didn't mention — nothing that affects function though. Still happy overall, just would've appreciated the heads-up.
