basically looks new
Got the excellent condition variant and it genuinely looks like it barely left the box. Screen's pristine, no visible marks on the chassis, and the 89% battery is great. charger and cable included. The inspection process clearly does what it says. It's a budget phone but buying pre-owned excellent condition saves you enough that it feels like you're getting new quality at used prices.
works fine, but battery worries me
The phone itself is in good shape and does what it's supposed to do. My issue is the battery health—it was listed at 87% and honestly it shows. I get maybe a day and a half if I'm careful, which isn't terrible but feels like it's already degrading. Everything else about the device and the transaction was smooth, just wish the battery had more life left in it.
great except one thing
Really happy with the phone overall—runs smoothly, screen's in good shape, battery's at 85%. My one complaint is it took 3 days to arrive even though the site promises 24 hours. The item itself is solid and the warranty gives me peace of mind, but the delivery missed the mark. For a fair condition unit, can't complain about the actual product.
solid little phone for the price
Picked this up as a backup device and it does exactly what I need. Battery gets me through a day, screen's clean, and the 32GB is enough for apps and photos. No complaints for what I paid.

The phone itself is fine—screen looks good, no dead pixels, apps run without lag. But the battery only came in at 83%, and after two weeks of light use it's already down to 79%. The listing said "good" condition and I guess technically it's fine, but I'm wondering how long this battery will actually last. Rest of the phone seems solid though.
does what it needs to do
Been using this for a month now. Phone runs smooth, camera's decent enough for everyday stuff, and I like that the fair condition rating was honest about the cosmetic wear. You can see some scratches on the back but nothing structural. For the money saved compared to new, totally worth it.

Fair condition listing was honest. There's some visible wear on the edges and a couple of light marks on the back, but nothing that bothers me in daily use. Ordered as Fair and that's exactly what I got. Phone works perfectly, battery's solid, and I saved enough money that cosmetic stuff doesn't matter to me.
honestly impressed for the price
First time buying a pre-owned phone and was nervous about it. This thing came packaged well, arrived within 24 hours, and the battery's sitting at 86%. Few light scratches on the frame which I expected given the fair condition rating. Unlocked, works perfectly on my carrier. Good value compared to what new phones cost these days.
not what the listing suggested
Device arrived with visible cracks on the top corner that weren't mentioned in the photos. The 32-point inspection supposedly caught this, but it showed up anyway. Phone works, so I'm not returning it, but I feel like "fair condition" was generous here. Warranty's good at least, so if something breaks I'm covered.
arrived next morning, no drama
Ordered Monday evening, had it Tuesday. Screen's pristine, phone runs smooth, storage is plenty for what I use it for. The packaging was decent, came with the cable and a basic case. This is my second phone from BestMobileCanada and I'm sticking with them.
