exactly what i needed, no surprises
Needed a cheap backup phone and this fit the bill perfectly. Showed up in good condition — screen has no cracks or deep scratches, just normal wear. Battery percentage was right where they said it'd be. The 32-point inspection seems legit because nothing felt broken or off when I unboxed it. One year warranty gives me peace of mind. Not fancy, but it does what it's supposed to do.
solid little phone for the price
Honnêtement, j'étais nerveux d'acheter un téléphone usagé en ligne, mais celui-ci fonctionne vraiment bien. L'écran est propre, pas de rayures visibles. La batterie tient toute la journée sans problème. Comparé à acheter neuf, c'est un bon deal. La livraison a pris moins de 24h comme promis.
battery died after two weeks
The listing said 85% battery health but it was draining way faster than that. Dropped to 10% by mid-afternoon on light use. Also the screen had some marks they didn't mention. Contacted support and warranty process was slow—took almost 2 weeks to get a replacement. Disappointed because the price seemed good but the condition didn't match what I expected.
solid phone, does what it should
Bought this as a backup device and it's been reliable. Battery holds up well, screen is clean, and it came in proper packaging. For the price compared to buying new, this was the right call.
excellent value, excellent condition
This is my second phone from BestMobileCanada. First one worked great, so i came back. This J3 is in exceptional shape — you'd hardly know it was used. 16GB storage, clean screen, battery at 90%. They nailed the 32-point inspection because there's literally nothing to complain about. Price is more than fair when you compare it to new retail. Sold.
been using it for 3 weeks, no issues
was skeptical buying used, but this one came in excellent condition. screen has no marks, battery health showed 87% right out of the box, and 8gb handles everything i throw at it. delivery came within 24 hours. the warranty they include actually matters if something goes sideways. so far it's been reliable and way cheaper than a new phone.
works fine but battery drains quick
The phone itself is in good shape, no complaints about the physical condition. Screen is clean, buttons respond properly. My issue is the battery — it drops from 100% to dead in like 6-7 hours of light use, which seems worse than the 80-85% health they listed. It still works for calls and texting but if you need all-day battery life you'll be disappointed. Support said that's within acceptable range for a device this old, so I'm stuck with it.

Got the phone, it looked fine on arrival. 8GB storage works okay. But the battery only holds about 3 hours of actual use, which doesn't match the 89% health they listed. After a week it started randomly shutting down at 20% battery. Contacted them about warranty and got runaround responses. Maybe the 32-point inspection missed something. Wouldn't order again.
