solid phone for the price
honestly didn't expect much at this price point but it's been flawless so far. the screen's got some light scratches you can only see at an angle, which is fine for fair condition. battery gets me through a full day easily. great alternative to buying new.
exactly what i needed for the price
Was honestly nervous about buying refurbished since this is my first time, but the 32-point inspection they mention actually shows — zero dead pixels, no weird scratches, battery at 87%. The 512GB version gives me plenty of space and the S-Pen works flawlessly. Showed up in 24 hours and the box was clean. Saves me like $400 compared to new and it feels brand new anyway.
been using it daily, no issues yet
Picked this up to replace my old phone and it's holding up great. The display is crisp, no dead pixels. There's some wear on the back but nothing that bothers me. 256GB is more than enough. Shipped within the timeframe they promised too.
good value but charger not included
Works great and the 512GB model means I can store everything. My one complaint is the charger wasn't in the box — I had to buy one separately. That said, the phone itself is solid, battery's at 85%, and no screen issues. Would've given 5 stars if the charger was there.
preowned but feels premium
Picked up the 256GB in Fair condition as a second phone and I'm pleasantly surprised. yeah there's some scuffing on the corners if you look close, but the display is gorgeous and the Note experience — that S-Pen, the multitasking — still holds up. recieved it quickly, warranty certificate included. Honestly, for the price point and condition, this hits different than buying new.
exceeded my expectations, zero complaints
First time buying pre-owned and I was nervous about getting burned. This arrived looking practically new despite the fair condition rating. The 512GB is plenty of storage. Battery health sits around 88% which is solid. The 32-point inspection they mention actually means something — no surprises here.
solid phone despite the wear marks
Got the Fair condition 256GB model and knew going in it'd have some visible marks. It does — you can see light scratches on the back and the frame shows use — but I was expecting that and the price reflects it. Phone runs smooth, screen is vibrant, and honestly after a week I stopped noticing the cosmetic stuff. Battery's at 82% which is respectable for a used device. No complaints about functionality.
