fair condition, fair price
Was nervous buying pre-owned for the first time but this worked out. Got the 128GB fair model—has some scuffs on the body and the screen protector has a minor chip, but it all still works. Camera is sharp, software runs smooth, no lag. The warranty gave me peace of mind. Worth the savings over retail.
no issues, great battery health
Was skeptical about ordering a used phone online but this one showed up in perfect working order. The 512GB gives me tons of space, battery's at 90%, and the screen looks brand new. It's been two months and I haven't had a single problem. Honestly saved me a couple hundred bucks compared to buying new.
practically like buying new
received the phone yesterday and it looks and feels brand new. no visible scratches on the screen or body, battery's at 93%, and it came with all the original packaging. for the price i paid versus a new one, this is unbeatable. been using it all day and everything runs smooth. really impressed with how thorough the inspection must've been.

C'est un bon cellulaire au quotidien. L'écran est en bon état et la caméra fait le travail. Par contre, la batterie est rendue à 79%, ce qui est un peu décevant. Je pensais que ça serait plus haut étant donné le prix. Ça marche encore mais faut que je charge plus souvent que prévu.
fair condition, solid performer
was skeptical about buying used, especially with "fair" condition listed, but this thing actually delivered. yeah there's some light scratching on the back and a small mark near the top, but nothing that affects how it works. Screen is clean, performance is snappy, and it cost way less than buying new. can't complain about that.
decent phone, slower delivery than promised
Recieved the 512GB model in fair condition and the phone itself is fine—no major complaints about performance or functionality. Screen has visible marks and the battery sits at 78%. My issue was delivery took 4 days when their site says 24 hours. Overall the phone does what it's supposed to, just felt misled on the timeline. It's okay but not exceptional.

L'appareil était en bon état général malgré la notation « passable ». Quelques petites rayures attendues pour un téléphone d'occasion, mais rien de grave. L'écran fonctionne bien, la batterie tient la journée. Pour le prix, c'est une bonne affaire comparé à neuf.

Première fois que j'achète un téléphone usagé et j'avais pas mal d'inquiétudes. Le S10 Lite que j'ai reçu en excellent état n'a aucune rayure visible, la batterie est à 93%, et tout fonctionne comme neuf. Les gars ont vraiment bien inspécté ce cell avant de l'envoyer. Super satisfait et à un prix qu'on ne voit pas ailleurs.

picked up the fair condition 128GB knowing it'd have some wear. there's visible scratching on the frame and a small dent on the corner, but functionality is solid. battery's at 81% which is respectable. for the price i paid versus new, it's a win. just don't expect it to look pristine.
