does everything i wanted
bought this 128GB excellent condition phone to replace my old device and honestly its exactly what i needed. no issues so far, performance is solid. screen clarity is nice. battery lasts through a full day easy. good value and i trust the warranty they offer.
fair shape, fair price, fair deal
Honestly wasn't sure what to expect with the 512GB fair-condition unit, but BestMobileCanada's photos were spot-on. There's cosmetic damage—scratches on the body, some marks on the screen protector—but nothing functional is wrong. Battery health is solid. For what I paid, this hits the mark. One-year warranty is good to have.
battery died within two weeks
ordered the 256GB fair condition model thinking i was getting a decent deal. phone arrived okay but the battery started draining super fast after about 10 days. it was supposedly at 87% health according to their inspection but it barely holds a charge now. tried contacting support about the warranty but they said the battery degradation wasn't covered. pretty frustrated with this one.
fair condition but works perfectly
Was nervous about buying pre-owned for the first time. Got the 256GB in fair condition and there are some light marks on the frame if you look closely, but nothing that bothers me in actual use. Phone runs smooth, camera is sharp, battery holds up all day. The warranty gives me peace of mind. Happy with this.
solid device, solid choice
The 512GB good condition model does what it's supposed to do. Screen's responsive, processor handles everything I throw at it without stuttering. There's light cosmetic wear visible but nothing that bothers me. Battery's at 91%, which is respectable for pre-owned. Warranty's valid. Nothing exciting to report, which for a used phone purchase is actually a good thing. It's dependable and cost-effective.
works fine but screen has issues
The 256GB phone arrived in good condition overall and the body looks clean. My problem is the display — there's a faint line visible on the left edge when the brightness is high, and it's distracting. Contacted support and they said it might develop further, so now I'm sitting with it to see. Everything else functions well, but this one thing is keeping me from being happier about it.
Works fine, but screen has marks
Got the 256GB in excellent condition, but there are definitely some light scratches on the screen that weren't mentioned in the listing. Phone runs fast and battery holds up okay, so it's not a dealbreaker. Just expected a bit more polish for the price given the "excellent" label.
this phone just works
Bought it on a whim to replace my aging device and it's been fantastic. The 512GB doesn't slow down, camera's sharp, and the battery holds a full day of heavy use. The packaging was really well done too. No complaints whatsoever — feels like a brand new phone.
solid performer, no complaints here
was nervous about buying pre-owned for the first time but this 128GB fair condition S24 FE put those worries to rest. yeah there's some light scratches on the back but i expected that at this price point. everything works smoothly, battery's solid, camera does the job. the 1-year warranty gives me peace of mind too.
battery gave up after two months
Ordered the 128GB fair condition unit. Yeah, it looked used—some scuffs on the back—but I figured that's what "fair" means. Problem is the battery health dropped to 71% within 8 weeks of normal use. That's way below what the listing suggested. Warranty claim process was painless at least, but I shouldn't have needed it this soon. feels like I paid for a phone that was already on its way out.
