3-month warranty & return policy
Two distinct scenarios. On a material defect in the first 3 months (battery, screen, charging port, manufacturing defect), we cover everything: prepaid return label, repair or replacement, full refund if we can't fix it. For a change of mind (the colour no longer appeals, you found another model), returns accepted within 30 days in the same condition as delivery — you pay the return label.

Before you send: turn off Find My iPhone / Find My Device, sign out of iCloud or your Google account, and remove the physical SIM card. Otherwise, we'll have to send it back to you.

Sign in to your account or email contact@bestmobilecanada.com with your order number and the reason (defect or change of mind).

Return label
Defect: we email a prepaid label within 24 business hours. Change of mind: we share the return address and you buy a label from the carrier of your choice.

Workshop inspection
Reception, check of condition and verification of full wipe (eSIM, iCloud, Google).

Refund within 5 days
Full refund on the original payment method (card, Apple Pay, Google Pay) within 5 business days after reception and inspection.
