Exchanges & Refunds

Our exchange or refund policy is valid after receiving your merchandise. After the warranty period, we cannot approve any exchange or refunds. To be eligible for a return, your article must arrive to us in the same condition you received it. Please send back in the same or similar package. Please do not send your product to the manufacturer. In certain situations, only partial refunds are allowed : Any used cell phone or tablet which is not in the shape it was sent, damaged or has missing parts in which we cannot be accountable for.

Exchanges

We stand behind our used cell phones and tablets. If you receive a device that doesn’t comply with your order for functionality or quality issues, we will replace it for you. You can exchange your item within 30 days from the date of purchase. Products must be returned in the same condition as received using the original packaging. Buyer pays return shipping.

Refunds

If you receive a device that doesn’t comply with your order for functionality or quality issues and you don’t want to exchange it, we can refund your cell phone or tablet. Buyer will have to assume shipping and transaction fees. Also, note that we don’t refund any non defect accessories.

L’acheteur devra assumer les frais d’expédition et de transaction. Notez également que nous ne remboursons aucun accessoire non défectueux.
