Exchanges & Refunds

Our exchange or refund policy is valid after receiving your merchandise. After the warranty period, we cannot approve any exchange or refunds. To be eligible for a return, your article must arrive to us in the same condition you received it. Please send back in the same or similar package. Please do not send your product to the manufacturer. In certain situations, only partial refunds are allowed : Any used cell phone or tablet which is not in the shape it was sent, damaged or has missing parts in which we cannot be accountable for.

Exchange Policy:

We stand behind the quality of our used cell phones and tablets. If you receive a device that doesn’t meet your expectations in terms of functionality or quality, you can exchange it within 30 days of purchase. The product must be returned in its original packaging and in the same condition as received. Please note that the buyer is responsible for return shipping.

 

Refund Policy:

If you receive a device that doesn’t comply with your order or has functional or quality issues and you do not wish to exchange it, we offer a refund. However, the buyer will be responsible for the shipping and transaction fees. Please note that non-defective accessories are not eligible for a refund.

Please ensure that the product is returned to us in the same condition as you received it to be eligible for a return. We do not accept returns after the warranty period has ended. Do not send your product to the manufacturer. We reserve the right to offer partial refunds in certain situations, such as when the used cell phone or tablet is not in the same condition as it was sent, damaged or missing parts.
