Would I be able to track my package?

Yes. Once your item(s) have shipped, we will send you an email with a tracking number.

What are the shipping fees?

We use XpressPost Canada (Canada Post) with signature on reception and the cost is 19.99$ anywhere in Canada. When should I expect my package to arrive? You should expect to receive your cell phone or tablet in 2-3 business days everywhere in Canada.

Can I buy the order in store?

Yes it is possible. We have a store in Quebec City at 7760 Boulevard Henri Bourassa, where you can buy your item.

Do the phones come with a warranty?

My device has a problem, what can I do?

If you receive a device that doesn’t comply with your order for functionality or quality issues, we will replace it for you. If you don’t want to exchange it, we can refund your cell phone or tablet but you will have to assume shipping and transaction fees.

What is the return policy?

You can exchange your item within 30 days from the date of purchase. Products must be returned in the same condition as received using the original packaging.

What are your payment methods?

You can pay by Paypal, Interac Email Transfer or Cash on Delivery.

It is possible to pay with my credit card?

We use PayPal to make payments on our online store, but you do not need a PayPal account to pay with your credit card. To learn more, check this video.



Is my payment information safe?

Yes, PayPal keep all your information safe. When you send a payment using PayPal, the recipient won’t receive sensitive financial information like your credit card or bank account number.

What is Cash on Delivery?

First of all, note that only cash and debit card are accepted by Canada Post. Here is the procedure in 3 simple steps:
• 1 – Buy your item on our website
• 2 – Go to Canada Post to pay the item
• 3 – Canada Post will give you the item

Are there any taxes to pay?

Yes. Taxes are applied to each order depending on your province. There are no taxes to pay for orders outside of Canada but customs fees must be paid by customer.

What type of inspection process do your pre-owned devices go through?

We run all devices through a rigorous inspection process so that our customers receive the highest quality devices. In addition, our extensive testing ensures that all products have been professionally restored to 100% functional working order. The process includes:
• Complete data wipe
• A comprehensive cosmetic and functional evaluation
• Internal diagnostic and ESN check

Is it possible that the device I buy can be declared as «Blacklisted»?

No, that’s impossible. All our devices are checked and we make sure they are not reported stolen before putting them online.

What are the condition of the devices?

The products are in excellent condition but can show minor visible signs of handling (Cosmetic condition: 9/10 to 10/10).

The phone battery I received does not hold its charge. What should I do?

1. Check that your device is updated.
2. Then reboot your phone and charge it to 100%.
3. Use your device normally and calculate the time until complete discharge. Please note that:

• games
• bad reception
• heavy drain apps like Youtube And Netflix, can cause your battery to discharge about four times faster than with a “normal” usage”.

You will experience significant drops in battery performance.

Do you ship outside of Canada?

Yes, we also ship in USA. We can also ship to Europe but you have to contact us to do the transaction.
